Final shortlisting for online interview will be done considering marks obtained in the essay writing, NET/ GATE qualification, percentage of marks in Bachelors and Masters, specialization relevance in Masters, research experience (Publications, Paper Presented in Workshops/ Seminars/ Symposiums/ Conferences) and extracurricular activities (as per WII rules).
- Shortlisting for candidates to be called for online interview of applications for positions of Post-doctoral Fellow/ Project Scientist – I will be based on essential qualification, age limit, NET/ GATE qualification, percentage of marks in Bachelors and Masters, specialization relevance in Masters, research experience (Publications, Paper Presented in Workshops/ Seminars/ Symposiums/ Conferences) and extracurricular activities. They need not write the essay.
- Link to write the online essay will be shared with the short-listed candidates via email/ SMS. Time given to write the essay will be one hour and the essay will have to comprise of about 400 words. The topic will be from the following broad subjects: Ecology, Conservation Biology, Sampling techniques, Life Sciences, Conservation Genetics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, GIS, Remote Sensing, Statistics, Road Ecology and their application in wildlife conservation and relevant conservation issues (100 marks).
