Job Description (Research Associates/ Assistants)

SPA Bhopal requires a Research Associates/ Assistants on contract basis to work on a Project titled ‘Preparation of Regional Plan for Coimbatore and Nilgiris Districts’ based upon GIS Planning.

Eligibility:

  • Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning who is exposed to minimum one year work in the field of Urban and Regional Planning with a working knowledge of GIS.

Or

  • Master’s Degree in Geography with working knowledge of GIS/ Master’s in Economics/ Econometrics with Statistics

Pay:

  • Research Assistant at Master’s level in Urban and Regional Planning Rs. 30,000/- per month will be offered.
  • Research Assistant at Master’s in Geography with working knowledge of GIS, Master’s in Economics/ Econometrics with Statistics level Rs. 20,000/- per month will be offered.

Duration:

  • The engagement of Research Associates/ Assistants will be for 9 months only.

Other Conditions:

  • Shared accommodation shall be provided at a nominal rates on payment basis as per SPA Bhopal rules.
    • Last date of receiving application: 17th June, 2022 (up to 5:00 PM)
    • Date of Online-Interview: will be communicated through email or the Institute website (Qualified candidates, who are applying for the position, are advised to keep checking the Institute website for up-dates)
    • Selection Result for the Post of Research Associate will be uploaded on the website and the selected candidate will be required to join at a short notice.
