Description (Project Fellow (GIS))

A walk-in interview to fill the post of  Project Fellow to join a time-bound research programme on “Scoping Study To Develop People- Inclusive Livelihood-Based Governance Strategy For The Long-Term Conservation Of Mangrove Forests of Kerala” will be held at 10.00 am onward on 05 October 2021 , at KFRI . Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criterion mentioned below are invited to attend the interview. Please bring testimonials in original.

    • 1. First class post graduate degree in Remote Sensing and GIS/Ecology and Environmental Science.
    • 2.Expertise in Remote Sensing and GIS
  • Desirable qualification : Research experience in forestry
  • Fellowship : Rs.22,000/- per month
  • Remarks : The project involves extensive field work and those willing to travel across Kerala need apply
  • Age 36 years as on 01/01/2021 – .
  • Age relaxation of five years in the case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates and three years in the case of other backward communities as per government rules will be given.
