The Role: Data Researcher I (GIS Analyst) | Data Researcher I (GIS)
The Team: The current position is with Geographic Data. A vibrant team of 30+ professionals across India, Manila and USA are committed to maintain accurate and updated data on product mapping application.
The Impact: With expansion and collaboration projects lined up, the new role will add to the team strength. This position will help to capture the most recent and accurate data for the new projects.

Responsibilities:
To capture comprehensive information on the data tracked by GIS Department.
To keep up-to-date in knowledge of content sets. Builds industry knowledge.
To provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the covered content sets.
To review feedback involving their content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy.
To keep up-to-date on industry trends and reporting standards.
To Troubleshoot problems or issues and provides meaningful feedback to co-workers.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum and Preferred Education: Equivalent of BA or BSc in Geography &/ Masters or equivalent degree in Geo-Informatics.
No prior work experience is required however; prior knowledge of GIS tools and systems is highly preferred.
Strong oral and written English skills required.
